Cheryl Moskowitz, LCSW
Do you find yourself wanting more for yourself but not sure of where to begin? Does self-doubt get in your way of revealing who you are? These questions and many more are where we begin. Everyone has a story to tell but may not know the way to tell it out loud. I believe that speaking your truth is therapeutic and choosing to seek support is extremely powerful. I believe in authenticity and providing a space where you can be and find your best self.
I have over ten years of experience providing therapeutic spaces to children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I use an eclectic approach and tailor supports to fit your needs. I believe in the healing process that occurs in individual, family, group, and couples therapy. I am here to join with you and provide you with the support you deserve.
I have a post master's certificate in Clinical Practice with Adolescents from NYU School of Social Work and completed an Emotional Focused Therapy Externship with the New York Center for Emotional Focused Therapy.
Janice Tom-George, LMSW
I am a licensed Social Worker with over 25 years of experience providing individual and family therapy with adults and children. My goal is to provide a warm, caring, non- judgmental environment, one which values your religious beliefs and cultural diversity, to facilitate the life changes needed to achieve your full potential. My practice involves working with adults with interpersonal conflict, domestic violence, career related issues, relationship issues, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse and trauma. My treatment is eclectic, incorporating therapies such as Solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) therapy and Trauma Focused therapy.
Sally Stone, MA, LMHC
I am a licensed psychotherapist, who provides tele-mental health counseling services to meet the needs of various populations. For several years, I served people from all backgrounds. I have significant experience with the LGBTQIA community, individuals who are gender fluid, non-binary, and who are of all ethnic and religious backgrounds.
My participants are usually:
1) navigating major transitions in their lives
2) experiencing relationship or marital discord
3) dealing with recurrent trauma, and are having challenges coping with stressors.
I don't believe in a “one-size fits all” therapeutic approach; I primarily employ person-centered, strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused-brief therapy when working with participants.
Andrea Stone, LMSW, CGCS
"I am a native New Yorker who is passionate about authentic, transparent, and culturally competent care. I am a Certified Grief Informed Professional (CGIP)/previously known as Certified Grief Counseling Specialist (CGCS) with a special focus on grief and loss. Along with this, I have completed Practice-Focused Training in Prolonged Grief Disorder Therapy with Columbia University's The Center for Prolonged Grief. In addition to this, I am also trained in Written Exposure Therapy for PTSD. I welcome clients who have suffered from depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, and PTSD. I know firsthand how painful and life-changing bereavement can be and would be honored if you allow me to join you on your journey for change.
For couples therapy, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Couples Therapy or Solution Focused Therapy. There is often misunderstanding about these two different modalities and how they are implemented in couples work, if you choose to work with me, I will provide psychoeducation about each approach. During the assessment process, the goals, objectives, belief systems and presenting problems will help inform which therapeutic modality is deemed clinically indicated and appropriate for treatment planning purposes."

Welcome! I am glad you stopped in. Making the decision to start therapy can yield a myriad of emotions therefore job well done. Life sometimes has a way of throwing curve balls that can be difficult to navigate however you are not alone and together we will work through identified challenges. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and career and relational issues utilizing eclectic therapy while incorporating solution-focused, strength-based, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
